2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Webnode AG, Badenerstrasse 47, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. When you visit the website, technically necessary data are processed (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland.

3. Contact form, email and phone

If you contact us, we process the details you provide (name, email address, phone number, desired start date, message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries sent via the form are forwarded to our email inbox at Google (Gmail). We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry; if a rental agreement is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply (generally 7 years under Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO).

4. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies because they are required for the website to function (Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021, TKG 2021). We only set marketing cookies with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

5. Google Ads conversion tracking

Only if you consent to marketing cookies do we use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This allows us to measure whether visitors send an enquiry after clicking on an ad. In the process, cookies may be set and data such as your IP address and usage data may be transmitted to Google, including to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 6. Google Analytics

Only if you accept “Performance cookies” (statistics cookies) do we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to see how visitors use our website (e.g. pages viewed, scrolling, clicks). In the process, cookies are stored in your browser and usage data (e.g. device and browser data) are transmitted to Google, including to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

7. Google Maps

A map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) is embedded on the contact page. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google; a transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing you the way to our office (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
